This lovely short walk takes you to an impressive Roman Fort with fine views across the Halvergate marshes surrounding the River Waveney. The fort can be reached by all pushchairs but only those with all terrain pushchairs can do the circular route .

This railway walk affords lovely views over surrounding farmland to the quiet rural town of Coltishall . The route includes a trip on the steam train so make sure you check the train times before you go as it is not a daily service. Winter trains are limited. |

Frampton Marsh Nature Reserve, Boston

A lovely walk through an RSPB marsh land reserve alongside The Wash. On a sunny day the flat landscape allows you to see for miles and demonstrates the vast expanse of this habitat. There are plenty of birds and boats to spot so make sure you take your binoculars! This walk is also suitable for double buggies however they will have to be lifted over the kissing gate. |

A lovely walk along a sea embankment with great views over marshland nature reserves. This walk has plenty of variety with exposed sea views and enclosed woodland paths. The route takes you to one of the most famous bird watching sites in Britain. |

A varied walk along wooded tracks, quiet lanes and a marshland embankment to the only surviving wooden smock mill on the Norfolk Broads. The walk is perfect for little ones and adults alike with plenty to see and a lovely riverside picnic spot on route. |

This nature reserve is the most extensive and diverse on the north Norfolk coast. The reserve combines large beaches, sand dunes, saltings, marshes, pasture and woodland and this mix of habitats supports a rich variety of wildlife. This is a great place to spend the whole day as it has so much to offer both adults and kids

A lovely walk along the banks of the River Bure and on country lanes passing three windmills on route. There is plenty of wildlife to spot within this nature reserve and keep an eye out for boats, especially the local Wherries, sailing along the river. |

This walk is overflowing with history and takes you through the wonderful Norman village of Castle Acre . There is a multitude of ancient ruins to explore and to fire up the imagination of the little ones. The village also has a fine selection of tea shops and pubs as well as a toy shop and playground so there is plenty to do for a whole fun day out. |
