Our Walks

The walks on this site have been devised for, tested and graded with all-terrain pushchairs, e.g. Landrover or Mountain Buggy type, which are sturdy pushchairs with 3 large, pneumatic wheels.

This category does not include the range of trendy 3-wheeler strollers currently on the market (including the Quinny Buzz), which are classed as lightweight buggies on this site.

Though suitable for pushchairs, our walks are not necessarily easy and all usual walking safety precautions should be adhered to. You walk at your own risk, so please visit our safety page before you go walking!

Walks suitable for 3-wheeler strollers and lightweight buggies are shown by this symbol:

Users of lightweight buggies will find the walks harder than the given grades. What seems easy for an ATP, could be hard going with a buggy if gravel or rough surfaces are involved and moderate walks are the hardest suggested for this type of pushchair.

In order to avoid disappointment, we strongly recommend that lightweight buggies do not attempt any walks without the buggy symbol and start with the easiest grade to test the waters.

If you are unsure which walks to try, take a look at our detailed grade descriptions.

What we Charge - And why we charge

pound coinAll of our walks are available to download for just ONE POUND. That's right, download, print, and take it with you for a quid.
Why aren't they free? We pride ourselves on the quality of the routes we offer, which are not always obvious for pushchairs, and they take time and effort to research and test. We also use the walk format popular in our books giving you a user friendly map, clear directions and interesting information around the walk, all of which takes time and resources to generate. So we've decided to charge this nominal amount to cover running costs.

You can pay with any of these cards: cards accepted

How Secure is it?
Your payment is handled by Paypal, the paypal logo global online payment handler. In the UK they are registered with the FSA and have an extremely secure system.
How Do I Get The Download?
Easy! When you've made the payment just click on the large button that sends you 'Back to Pushchairwalks '. Your download will be on the page you arrive at, click 'Download Here ', print out and go walking!
