This is a lovely walk through farmland on the edge of Rombalds Moor. The area is very peaceful but there are great views over industrial Airedale to the south. The route passes Sunnydale Reservoir which is a great spot for a picnic and there are plenty of birds and other wildlife to spot. |

A lovely walk through a picturesque wooded valley which has been a popular beauty spot since Victorian times. Easy tracks and fine views throughout. Great any time of year but especially good in spring when the woods are carpeted with bluebells. |

Take a walk through formal gardens, farmland and woodland. Paths are easy going with plenty for adults and kids to see. There an expanse of grass for the kids to run on and ample opportunities for picnics. |

A great easy walk which can be extended or shortened en route to suit. The walk takes you along broad woodland tracks alongside a lake. Ideal for groups and plenty of ducks for the kids to feed. |

A lovely walk along green lanes and woodland tracks with great views over the surrounding valleys. Apart from an initial steep climb the majority of the route is easy walking. The return section is along a bumpy track so this is not suitable for very young babies. |

A lovely walk across the top of heather moors and through a pleasant coniferous plantation. The views are excellent and the paths are wide and even. There is a chance of seeing Roe and Fallow deer, badgers and foxes within the forest especially on early morning or evening walks. |

This walk takes you round Eccup Reservoir on quiet lanes, easy tracks and field paths. There are fine views and the chance of seeing a variety of wildlife whilst you are there. The paths are easy throughout but there are two stiles to lift the pushchair over so make sure you don't go alone! |

This energetic walk takes you around Staindale Lake and up to the Bridestones, sandstone boulders that have been eroded into strange shapes. Cobbled paths around the Bridestones are not suitable for very young babies but there is an alternative short and easy walk around the lake. |

This is a lovely walk along a rugged coast path with fantastic views. The path takes you past an old radar station and then onto the dismantled Scarborough to Whitby railway. The paths are excellent along the majority of the route but vegetation in summer can make going tough in places. There is one low stile to negotiate.. |

A lovely walk on easy tracks and lanes with glimpses of the areas industrial past. The walk takes you to a great viewing point for the River Wharfe as it flows across an impressive weir. This walk is perfect for toddlers and as gentle post-natel exercise for new mums. |
